Lovely Appearance with Yuzu Peel Touch
This fruit jelly has fresh, sour, sweet with perfect combination as yuzu fruit jelly. Yuzu peel itself has sweet and bitter taste, just like orange peel. The texture is not too springy. I think it uses carageenan to provide hard and brittle texture. I like the texture and also the appearance of this jelly. As you can see in the picture, yuzu peel make the appearance become pretty and appealing.

Maybe, some people is asking, can we really eat orange peel?
Yes, you can. Remember there is orange peel preservation with sour and sweet taste produced in China or Japan? Actually putting yuzu fruit peel is a creative and innovative idea. It is because peel is identical with fiber and also it adds yuzu flavor to fruit jelly. It is perfect as dessert or snack in afternoon. You also can combine it with green tea for teatime.
