Banana Overnight Oat
Sometimes (or all the times for me), we all have busy morning. We don't even have time to prepare our breakfast - the most important meal of the day.
I once tried overnight oat. The result was very addictive! It tastes (very) GREAT, easy to make, healthy and hassle-free. Another plus point: it is instagramable!
I want to share my most favourite overnight oat recipe. It is super easy and never fails. Here is the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- Quick cook Quacker Oat
- Banana milk (I use Meiji Banana Milk)
- Banana slices (1 big banana or 2 small ones)
- Cinnamon powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill the mason jar with quick cook oat until half full.
- Pour banana milk until all the oat is soaked.
- Close the lid and fridge until morning comes.
- It is done, you can eat it already or you can add banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top to make it has greater taste and looks.
