Banana Overnight Oat

Sometimes (or all the times for me), we all have busy morning. We don't even have time to prepare our breakfast - the most important meal of the day. 
I once tried overnight oat. The result was very addictive! It tastes (very) GREAT, easy to make, healthy and hassle-free. Another plus point: it is instagramable!

I want to share my most favourite overnight oat recipe. It is super easy and never fails. Here is the recipe:

BANANA-CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OAT 

INGREDIENTS: 
  • Quick cook Quacker Oat
  • Banana milk (I use Meiji Banana Milk)
  • Banana slices (1 big banana or 2 small ones) 
  • Cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Fill the mason jar with quick cook oat until half full.
  2. Pour banana milk until all the oat is soaked.
  3. Close the lid and fridge until morning comes. 
  4. It is done, you can eat it already or you can add banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top to make it has greater taste and looks.
  5. Enjoy!
